CANCELLATION POLICY

To ensure fair scheduling and respect for both our clients and our technicians, the following cancellation policy applies:

1. Standard Cancellation Window

Clients may cancel or reschedule an appointment 24 hours or more before the scheduled service time without penalty.

2. Late Cancellations

A cancellation made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment is considered a late cancellation.

  • Late cancellations result in the forfeiture of the 20% deposit.

  • A new deposit will be required to schedule another appointment.

3. Missed Appointments / No Access

If a technician arrives and:

  • No one is present

  • The property is inaccessible

  • Access instructions are incorrect

  • A safety hazard prevents work

…the appointment is treated as a missed appointment, and the deposit is forfeited.

4. Weather-Related Cancellations

If weather conditions or unsafe circumstances prevent service:

  • Infinite Fulfillments Property Services may reschedule at no cost.

  • Deposits will automatically transfer to the new date.

5. Emergency Cancellations by Client

If you experience an emergency (medical, safety, or loss event):

  • Please notify us as soon as possible

  • We may transfer your deposit as a one-time courtesy

6. Appointments Canceled by Infinite Fulfillments Property Services

If we must cancel due to:

  • Technician emergency

  • Equipment failure

  • Dangerous conditions

  • Scheduling conflict

…your deposit will be transferred or refunded upon request.
