To ensure fair scheduling and respect for both our clients and our technicians, the following cancellation policy applies:
Clients may cancel or reschedule an appointment 24 hours or more before the scheduled service time without penalty.
A cancellation made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment is considered a late cancellation.
If a technician arrives and:
