Shared living through our TCG HOUSING program offers fully furnished housing with all utilities included, such as Wi-Fi, and enhanced security through outside and common area security cameras. The housing is designed for individuals seeking flexible accommodations without additional services like housekeeping or meals.
Rentals are managed through licensee agreements, providing clear terms of occupancy while avoiding the complexity of traditional leases. Payments are processed through an integrated 100% direct payment system, ensuring seamless transactions from the individuals case worker or other agencies involved in the rental process. This model is ideal for those who need secure, ready-to-move-in housing with straightforward payment options.
