DEPOSIT & TRAVEL POLICIES

DEPOSIT POLICY

To secure your appointment and prepare materials or scheduling, Infinite Fulfillments Property Services requires a 20% deposit for all booked services.

1. Purpose of the Deposit

The deposit helps cover:

  • Technician scheduling

  • Travel allocation

  • Time blocking

  • Preparation or pre-inspection

  • Administrative processing

2. When the Deposit Is Due

The deposit is required at the time of booking.
Appointments cannot be held or confirmed without the deposit.



3. Application of Deposit

The full deposit amount is:

  • Credited toward your final invoice

  • Deducted after service completion

  • Shown on your receipt and invoice

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Deposits are non-refundable when:

  • Appointment is canceled within 24 hours

  • Client is not present, and no access is available

  • Unsafe conditions prevent service

  • Work cannot be performed due to incorrect job details

5. Transferable Situations

Deposits can be transferred to a new appointment if:

  • Rescheduled 24+ hours in advance

  • Weather prevents service

  • We cancel due to business-related reasons

6. Deposit Refunds

Refunds may be granted in limited situations such as:

  • Booking errors

  • Duplicate appointment

  • Service cancellation by Infinite Fulfillments Property Services

Refunds typically process in 3–7 business days.

Travel Policy

Infinite Fulfillments Property Services provides mobile property maintenance, repairs, cleaning, preservation, photo documentation, and certified non-licensed advisory inspections throughout Cuyahoga County and surrounding Northeast Ohio communities. To ensure fairness, consistency, and clear expectations, the following travel policy applies to all in-person appointments and service calls.


1. Standard Trip Fee

A $25 trip fee applies to all scheduled appointments.
This fee covers:

  • Technician travel time

  • Fuel expenses

  • Wear and tear

  • Scheduling logistics

  • Route planning

This fee is non-refundable but is fully credited toward your service if you choose to proceed after an on-site estimate.


2. Mileage Coverage

The standard $25 trip fee includes the first:

✔ 20 miles (one-way)

from the technician’s starting location at the time of dispatch.

This protects customers from inflated pricing and ensures fairness regardless of where our technician begins their route for the day.



3. Additional Mileage

If your service address is more than 20 miles (one-way) from the technician’s starting location, additional mileage is billed at:

✔ $0.50 per additional mile

Mileage is calculated using the most efficient route available.



4. Multi-County Service

Travel fees apply equally across all counties we serve, including:

  • Cuyahoga County (primary base)

  • Lake County

  • Lorain County

  • Geauga County

  • Medina County

  • Summit County

  • Portage County

  • Additional Northeast Ohio counties as available

For long-distance counties (typically beyond 40–50 miles one-way), extended-distance fees may apply depending on scheduling and route availability.



5. Routing and Starting Location

Mileage is calculated from the technician’s starting point, which may vary depending on daily scheduling. This allows:

  • Efficient multi-stop routing

  • Reduced cost for customers when technicians are already nearby

  • Maximum coverage across multiple counties

  • Fair and transparent mileage calculations

For example:
If the technician is already in your area from a prior service, your travel cost may be lower than mileage calculated strictly from the office.



6. On-Site Estimates

If you request an on-site estimate instead of a free photo/video estimate:

  • The $25 trip fee applies

  • Additional mileage may apply if beyond 20 miles

  • The trip fee is fully credited toward your service if you approve the work

7. Weather or Conditions

Severe weather, unsafe roads, or high-traffic conditions may affect travel schedules. If travel becomes unsafe or impossible, appointments may be rescheduled without penalty.



8. No-Access Fees

If the technician arrives and:

  • The property cannot be accessed,

  • The customer is not present when required, or

  • The appointment must be cancelled on-site,

…the trip fee is still charged and is not refunded, as travel and time have already been incurred.



9. Exceptions

Certain services—such as emergency call-outs, urgent last-minute requests, or highly specialized inspections—may require additional travel fees depending on distance and urgency. All such fees will be disclosed before dispatch.
