LIABILITY WAIVER

 By receiving services from Infinite Fulfillments Property Services, the Client agrees to the following limited liability terms:

Client acknowledges that:

• Property may contain pre-existing damages
  
  
• Hidden defects may exist
  
  
• Conditions may change after service
  
  

Service Provider is not liable for issues caused by these factors.

Service Provider is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing structural problems
  
  
• Material failure
  
  
• Improper installation done by previous contractors
  
  
• Mold, pests, or moisture issues
  
  
• Items damaged due to unsafe property conditions
  
  

Client must disclose known hazards including:

• Rot
  
  
• Infestation
  
  
• Water intrusion
  
  
• Electrical hazards
  
  
• Weak flooring
  
  
• Structural instability
  
  

Failure to disclose hazards releases Service Provider from liability.

Client assumes responsibility for materials they provide, including:

• Incorrect sizing
  
  
• Incompatibility
  
  
• Defects
  
  
• Early failure
  
  

Service Provider is not liable for:

• Weather damage
  
  
• Future leaks
  
  
• Wear and tear
  
  
• Damage caused by others
  
  
• Misuse or neglect
  
  

By booking or receiving services, Client acknowledges and accepts this waiver
