SERVICE AGREEMENT

 This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Infinite Fulfillments Property Services (“Service Provider”) and the acknowledgement of client (“Client”).

By booking or receiving services, the Client agrees to the following terms:

1. Scope of Work

Service Provider agrees to perform property maintenance, cleaning, preservation, and handyman services as described in the booking confirmation.

Services do not include:

  • Licensed electrical or plumbing work

  • HVAC repairs requiring certification

  • Roofing installation

  • Structural modifications

  • Hazardous remediation

  • Extermination

Any service outside this scope will be declined.

2. Payment Terms

  • A 20% deposit is required at booking.

  • The balance is due upon completion of service.

  • Materials are billed separately unless otherwise stated.

  • Additional labor or add-ons will be discussed and added to the final invoice.

3. Property Access

Client must ensure:

  • Safe entry to the property

  • Clear pathways to work areas

  • Pets are secured

  • Utilities are operational (if needed)

If access is unavailable, the deposit may be forfeited.

4. Changes in Work

If unforeseen issues arise (structural damage, pests, moisture, or unsafe conditions), Service Provider may:

  • Adjust pricing

  • Modify the service scope

  • Recommend additional repairs

  • Decline unsafe tasks

Changes will be communicated before work proceeds.

5. Liability

Service Provider is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing structural or cosmetic damage

  • Material failure

  • Mold, pest, or moisture-related issues

  • Items moved by the client after service

  • Hidden defects not visible during initial inspection

6. Final Review

Client agrees to inspect completed work at the time of service.
Any concerns must be raised immediately for proper resolution.

7. Cancellation Terms

Client acknowledges the separate Cancellation Policy and agrees to its terms.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
